The majority of our students earn honors graduate distinction by navigating honors pathways through their majors. Some students design their own interdisciplinary honors pathways.

Each pathway shares all honors curriculum and HIEP options relevant to your major.
You do not need to take every course at the honors level. Beyond any upper-level honors courses available to you, you also have the option of requesting Honors Contracts for courses.
To graduate as a Reaud Honors College student, you need only to successfully...
...COMPLETE HONORS PLAN:
Minimum 26 credit hours of honors courses, of which at least eight hours must be:- Upper-level honors courses
- Include at least two Honors Seminars or one Honors Topics course
- Optional Non-Course Credit: Up to three hours of research may be eligible as part of your eight hours of upper-level honors courses (cannot count as your HIEP if you choose this option).
A grade of B or better must be earned in order to receive honors credit for a course.
